1. What we provide
The Voicer Choicer offers a free directory of browser games, original guides, and local practice tools. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Embeds depend on third-party hosts, and an act can leave the bill without notice.
2. Games and rights
All games, names, characters, and artwork belong to their respective creators and publishers. We embed playable copies from public hosting portals and credit the source on every game page; we claim no ownership and sell nothing. Rights holders who want a listing changed or removed can write to hello@thevoicerchoicer.org.
3. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the floor: no attempts to overload the site, scrape it aggressively, or use the practice tools in ways that infringe others' rights. The rating and note features are personal conveniences stored in your own browser — keep content you wouldn't mind losing, because we can't recover it.
4. Your content and recordings
Session notes you type stay in your browser and are your responsibility. Practice recordings never leave your device, so you hold the only copy — download anything you want to keep before closing the tab.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or the embedded third-party games, including mic-related mishaps mid-impression. External content is controlled by its providers, not by us.
6. Changes
These rules may be updated as the library evolves; the date at the top moves with them. Continuing to use the site after an update means the new house rules work for you.
