About
What this site is
The Voicer Choicer is an independent game library, not a game studio. We gather browser games about sound — voice impressions, rhythm, mixing, singing, and instruments — write our own guides around them, and present everything on one free floor with no downloads and no accounts. 38 acts are currently on the bill.
The headline attraction is The Choicer Voicer, a voice-impression party game created by the developer YeahMaybe. The original release belongs to its creator and lives on itch.io; this site embeds a playable copy the same way it embeds every other title — inside a frame, loaded only after you press Play.
How the games run here
Every game page shows a poster first. Pressing Play mounts an iframe pointed at the game's hosting provider; your browser talks to that provider directly for the duration of the session. Microphone games add a browser permission prompt — the prompt comes from your browser, is scoped to this site, and can be revoked at any time.
We don't run game servers and we don't modify game code. If an embed ever misbehaves, the reload button on the monitor bar restarts it, and each game page links the source portal so you can play at the origin instead.
What we store
Almost nothing. There are no accounts and no server-side database. Ratings and session notes live in your browser's local storage; the practice recorder's takes live only in the tab and vanish when it closes, unless you download them yourself. See the privacy policy for the plain-English version.
Ground rules
This is a fan-oriented, informational library. All game names and artwork belong to their respective creators and publishers; listings here are for identification and play, and each page credits the source it embeds. If you are a rights holder with a concern about a listing, write to us and it will be handled promptly.
